Met from reserves. Reserves at 31 December: 611,240,

being 8.3 months of running costs.

WAGES: the seven salaried posts and their gross annual pay are listed

at ACC/2025/02. The highest is 61,400 and the lowest is 29,800; the

ratio is 2.06:1 and has not exceeded 2.5:1 since the rule of 1996.

DISCREPANCIES NOT RESOLVED AT THE DATE OF THIS SUMMARY

1. Cedar House fuel, 2024 and 2025: 4,180 unaccounted. Under enquiry.

2. Shore House hall lettings: 11 lettings recorded in the diary and

8 in the cash book. Difference 620. Unresolved since March.

3. A legacy of 15,000 received in November remains unallocated because

the will's wording is disputed by the family. Held separately and

not counted above.

WHAT THIS DEFICIT MEANS: three roofs are on the deferred list, at Fell,

Briar, and South. Deferring them a further year will cost more than

doing them. The stewardship has deferred them.
