Dear Mrs Tarrant,

I have taken the Wednesday kitchen, the boiler service and the two Sunday openings off your name and put them elsewhere. This is not a complaint and you are not being asked about it.

You had six duties. Nobody has six. I should have noticed in June, when you took the openings on, and the fault in this is mine rather than yours.

The Thursday shelving stays with you unless you would rather it did not. If you would rather it did not, say so to anybody and it will move.
