To our neighbours on Ferry Road —

You have been complaining about our parking since 2015 and we have replied three times with an account of why it is difficult. It is difficult. That is not an answer and we should not have sent it three times.

From Monday the 14th: the field gate will be open on Thursdays and at gatherings, and the field will be used. Nobody attending this house will park on Ferry Road between the church and the slip. We have marked the line on the ground so that there is nothing to interpret.

If a car is on the road after the 14th, it belongs to somebody who has not been told, and the right thing to do is knock on our door at any hour and we will move it.

We are sorry it took six years. We were wrong to treat a nuisance as a complication.

— for Shore House

The field arrangement has held. One complaint since, in 2023, concerning a delivery lorry which was not ours and which we moved anyway.
