The register of a film record whose photographs are not held. Each exposure is described in a line; four lines carry a later annotation.

PHOTOGRAPHIC REGISTERSECOND SEASON. Exposures numbered consecutively. Negatives to the contracting authority.

1–14. General views, ground before clearance, from the north-east and the south wall.

15–38. Rows 1 to 5, interments in situ, each with scale and north arrow.

39–52. Coffin furniture, laid out on the trestle, grouped by row.

53–71. Rows 6 to 9, interments in situ. Annotation in a later ink at 61–64: these four are of Row 7 and were exposed on 3 July. Print required.

72–84. Working views, the team, the contractor's plant, the weather.

85–91. Ground after clearance, from the same two stations as 1–14.

Note at the foot of the register, in the same later ink: prints requested from the contracting authority on 4 September 1988 and again on 19 January 1989. Not received.

Held at the North House with the rest of the deposit. No print or negative from this register is held here or, so far as the accession records, anywhere the depositor knew of.
