Present: M. Evensen (chair), G. Sørhaug, P. Amiot, D. Hargreaves, two stewards attending by correspondence.

1. ACCOMMODATION. Eleven members displaced in October are lodged at Shore House (6) and with members of the Bangor circle (5). The arrangement is funded to the end of March and will be reviewed in February.

2. INSURANCE. The adjuster's report was read. Cause is entered as undetermined; no further inspection is proposed by the insurer and none is sought by the stewardship.

3. THE PROPERTY. The stewardship considered whether to rebuild. It resolved not to. The House will not be rebuilt. This does not alter its standing.

4. Consequent on item 3, the residential figure for the year is reduced by one property. The count of Houses is not amended.

5. RECORDS. Papers recovered from the ground floor are to be conserved at the North House and accessioned in the ordinary course. Materials from the upper floor are outstanding.

6. The chair asked that the ordinary Thursday be kept everywhere without alteration. It was kept.

Next meeting: February, after the reconciliation.

Reconciled with the Common Record

Item 3 is minuted in the words used at the meeting. The stewardship declined a proposal, entered in 2003, to gloss the second sentence.
