7. 2. Two figures are kept. The first is the count of Houses. The second✎
8. is the count of Houses presently maintaining residential or public✎
9. programmes. The two figures are not required to agree and, at the✎
10. date of this circular, do not.✎
12. 3. For purposes of the annual count, a House does not cease to be a✎
13. House merely because it cannot presently receive residents.✎
15. 4. A House ceases to be a House when its standing is entered as other✎
16. than Continuous. Standing is a matter for the Record and not for✎
17. the house books.✎
