Local history

Provisional 2002, recognised 2003. The delivery round has been carried by nine different pairs of members and has not missed a week since 2009.

The outward obligation

Food

Meal delivery, held with a district welfare office's referral list.

Prepared meals twice weekly for people living alone after hospital discharge, delivered by two pairs.

  • The Quiet Twelve

    Twelve minutes are kept before the reading. Nothing is assigned to the silence.

  • The Repair Table

    A table, a bench, or a marked shelf where ordinary objects wait to be mended.
